– Artichoke bottoms (3 to 5 cm) / (5 to 7 cm) / (7 to 9 cm).
– Artichoke hearts cleaned from inside for stuffing.
30-25 mm / 40-35 mm.
– Artichokes in quarters.
– Artichokes are available in brine (solution)
– Packed in cans or drums (%8/6/4/2).
Season of product : The whole year.
