Okra has varied sizes; this operation requires special, & accurate care during sorting and processing in order to guarantee the homogeneity of each size.
Sizes are categorized to:
- Okra extra: 0 to 2 cm.
- Okra zero: 2 cm - 3.5 cm.
- Okra excellent: 3.5 cm - 4.5 cm.
- Okra one: up to 4.5 cm.
