Okra has varied sizes; this operation requires special, & accurate care
during sorting and processing in order to guarantee the
homogeneity of each size.
Sizes are categorized to:
– Okra extra: 0 to 2 cm.
– Okra zero: 2 cm – 3.5 cm.
– Okra excellent: 3.5 cm – 4.5 cm.
– Okra one: up to 4.5 cm.
Season of product : The whole year.
